A community member gathers everything he owns, including the tools of his trade, and prepares to leave the motel room that had served as shelter for him, and many others like him, experiencing homelessness during the pandemic.  Some planned to go back to living in tents once the motel closed to them on September 19, 2022. This gentleman hopes his path forward includes a residential rehabilitation center, a critical resource that does not exist within our community.
